Custom Reception Desk with New 3D Acrylic Logo Behind.

Entry & Registration - Upon entry, the curvilinear custom ceiling of acoustic baffles draws inspiration from the region's natural and water elements, echoing the clinic’s coastal location. The flowing, wave-like form mimics the rhythms of the ocean, creating a tranquil atmosphere while enhancing acoustical comfort and reducing stress. This design seamlessly connects to the check-in desk, which strikes a harmonious balance between openness, privacy, and hospitality. It guides patients through the clinic, setting a welcoming tone and reinforcing the holistic, nature-inspired approach that aligns with the clinic’s focus on healing and patient-centered care.

The lobby entrance flow and sequencing were completely redesigned to provide secure access to the LDRP, NICU and C-section suite. Updated finishes brighten a space that does not have access to daylight, and seating nooks integrate urban wood harvested from the local community. Backlit art and wall grazing accent lights highlight the warm materials, providing a cozy aesthetic. This space is also used for Education Center waiting and, more importantly, as a place for family photos as everyone goes home.
