The first floor has an impressive two-story lobby with an open stair that encourages movement through the space. Natural finishes are authentic to the building materials used to construct the building and are exposed to showcase the construction environment the company is most familiar working within. Douglas Fir wood on the ceiling invites visitors in and polished concrete lines the floors.
